Welcome to ProofreadMate official website. Here we accept submissions in terms of thesis, journal and research papers for review. To get a free quote, drop us a request via a call, WhatsApp (01110686859) or e-mail us at proofreadmate@gmail.com.

In general, our pricing is based on type of submissions by the client. We do accept manuscripts (thesis, journal papers) submission chapter by chapter. As students’ financial can be a bit tight sometimes, we understand the situation and are more than willing to help. However, review process will only commence once the deposit is received. This will provide some freedom in terms of monetary commitment.

We also accept manuscript submissions with tight deadlines. However, do note that this type of service will incur an extra charge on the client, on top of the usual standard pricing.

Non-disclosure Agreement

In order to protect the person or people with whom the information are shared, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) will be prepared. It has long been a legal framework to maintain trust and prevent that information from leaking out  where it could undermine the profibility inherent to that content. We highly understood the value of such contents hence the need of an agreeement to prevent any misuse in the future. Furthermore, it is needed to ensure us, the service provider sticks to the job description required by our clients.

Looking for a quote? Our pricing is according to the type of documents you would like us to review (i.e.: thesis, researh papers).

We charge based on number of words. This is due to the arrangement of the thesis that might have pages that are only written partially (i.e.: half a page, quarter page). One  page usually contains 500 words on average.
